Menopausal Gentleman (2000)

Peggy Shaw, of Split Britches, brought her Obie-award winning Menopausal Gentleman to La MaMa. This solo show takes the form of a bluesy lounge act, with intimate confessions of life, love, sex and gender transformations. The run culminated in a show celebrating the 20th Anniversary of W.O.W. Cafe.
