Texts for Nothing (1999)

Special Event

A benefit production by Joseph Chaikin to raise money for La MaMa ETC. The performance was Chaikin and Steven Kent's adaptation of Samuel Beckett's Texts for Nothing. The performance lasted approximately an hour and was performed without intermission. 
In this performance, Chaikin's live voice is interspersed with a recording of his original performance in 1981.
