Bitterroot (2001)
Production
This production served as the world premiere of "Bitterroot," a music-theater piece developed by Paul Zimet and composed by Peter Gordon, based on the life of Meriwether Lewis, which ran at La MaMa in 2001 in association with The Talking Band. This production was an Actors Equity Association Showcase, and was partially funded by the New York Sate Council of the Arts. The TDF Costume Collection assisted in this production.
