Return of the Sodomite Warriors (1994) and Crazy He Calls Me (1994)
Part of the We're Not Just Playin' Games Festival, La MaMa E.T.C will present Return of the Sodomite Warriors. The double-bill evening will also include Crazy He Calls Me, featuring the homophobic song stylings of Dick St. Clair performed by R. N. Schachter.
The piece was originally written by Kurt Fulton and Chazz Dean and will be performed by Kurt Fulton and Allan M. Tibbetts, the latter taking the role played by Dean.
The original Sodomite Warriors debuted at La MaMa in 1989 in an evening of works by the performance troupe Watchface, of which Fulton and Dean were founding members.
