A rock operetta dealing with the influence of pop music on our lives. "Nancy, at the agonizing age of thirteen, has fallen in love. But a 45 r.p.m. and the Teen Angel have told her that this affair will leave her dead of a broken heart. Her two best friends, Betty and Judy, counsel her in the ups and downs of true love."
